About
After specializing in contemporary history at the Faculty of History and Philosophy of Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, I was a M.A. Erasmus fellow at Universite Paris IV - Sorbonne, under the supervision of prof. Jean-Paul Bled.
In 2005 I obtained a joint PH.D. from Paris IV - Sorbonne and Babes-Bolyai University, with a research on political, economic and cultural relationships between Romania and Vichy France (supervisors prof. Vasile Vese and Jean-Paul Bled).
I was a fellow of Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) between 2002 and 2004.
My present research projects focus on cultural and intellectual history and on the history of universities in interwar Romania, as well as French-Romanian relationships.
